Blueberry Lemon Shake

 

*Serves 1

Per Serving: Calories 100, Protein 16g, Total Fat 0g, Carbs 4g, Fiber 0g

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 scoop Quest Vanilla Protein Powder*

  • 1/4 cup Walden Farms Blueberry Syrup*

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener

  • 1/2 tbsp sugar-free lemon gelatin

Instructions: 

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients in order listed.

  • Blend until thick and smooth. Pour into a glass. Enjoy!

Skinny Caramel Frappuccino

Ingredients: 

  • 3 cups ice cubes

  • 1 cup of strong cold coffee

  • 1 cup Core Power vanilla*

  • 2 tablespoons fat-free whipped topping

  • 1 tablespoon Walden Farms caramel syrup*

Instructions: 

  • Simply combine all the ingredients (minus the syrup & whipped topping) in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Give it a taste and adjust the flavors as needed, adding more Core Power or coffee as you see fit.

  • Pour your frappuccino into a large glass and dollop whipped topping on top, followed by a drizzle of caramel syrup.

  • This caramel frappuccino is best enjoyed right away, but it’s still delicious even after it melts a bit.

Microwaved Baked Apple w/ Yogurt & Granola

Ingredients: 

  • 2 medium apples peeled and cored

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 5.3 ounces (1 Container) Yoplait Greek 100 vanilla yogurt

  • 1/2 cup ProGranola Vanilla Cinnamon Cluster*

Instructions: 

  • Peel and core apples, and slice the bottom off each one.

  • Sprinkle each with cinnamon, and rub it all over the outside and inside.

  • Place apples in microwave-safe bowls, and heat in microwave on full power for three minutes.

  • Scoop half of the yogurt into the center of each apple, and top with granola. Enjoy!

Low-Carb Turkey Veg Roll Up's

Ingredients: 

  • 15 slices deli turkey

  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup microgreens or greens of choice

  • 1 cup low-fat cream cheese

Instructions: 

  • Place a slice of turkey down and top with one tablespoon of the cream cheese, sliced peppers, cucumber, and microgreens (keep enough for all 16 slices).

  • Roll up and slice in half. Repeat with remaining turkey.

  • Eat immediately, or store the ingredients separately for easy meal-prep.

  • Serve individual rolls as an appetizer, or 4-6 rolls as a main dish.

Lite Tuna Melt Wrap

Ingredients: 

  • 2.5oz chunk light tuna in water (drained)

  • 1/8 cup greek yogurt, non-fat

  • 2 lettuce leaves

  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, reduced-fat

  • 1 La Victoria ow carb tortilla

Instructions: 

  • Mix together all ingredients for creamy tuna.

  • Spread in a broiler-safe baking dish/pan and sprinkle cheese on top.

  • Place under broiler for one to two minutes, just until cheese melts.

  • Lay wrap flat and line with lettuce leaves.

  • Scoop tuna with melted cheese over wrap.

  • Tuck under one end and roll wrap. Cut in half and serve.

Quick Chicken Loaded Taco Salad

Instructions:

Ingredients: 

  • 6 oz. ground beef 95 % lean

  • 1/2 pkt. HealthyWeight Beef Pasta Soup

  • 2 slices Lisanatti Cheddar Cheese

  • 2 large lettuce leaves

  • 1/4 medium tomato, sliced

  • Walden Farms condiments

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  • In a small bowl, combine the ground beef and 1/2 packet of HealthyWeight Beef Pasta Soup mix

  • Mix well.

  • Shape into 2 patties.

  • Place in a greased baking dish.

  • Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

  • Remove from oven, place one slice of cheese on each patty and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  • Place each burger on a large piece of lettuce.

  • top with tomato and wrap the lettuce up over the top and serve.

  • Add your choice of Walden Farms condiments.

Blueberry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

  • 3/4 cup non-fat blueberry Greek yogurt

  • 2 cups non-fat plain Greek yoghurt

  • 6 tbsp Walden Farms blueberry fruit spread

  • 4 honey graham crackers sheets

Instructions: 

  • First pulse the graham crackers in a food processor until crumbly.

  • In a glass cup, layer blueberry yogurt, graham cracker crumbs, plain yogurt, blueberry fruit spread, plain yogurt and graham crackers until filled to the rim.

  • Top with fresh blueberries and serve!
