Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese, low fat, small curd

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 2 tbsp almonds, sliced

Instructions: 

  • Scoop the cottage cheese into a bowl. Top with fresh blueberries and almonds. Serve immediately.
