In the 'Before' picture, I weighed 250 lbs.! The 'After' photo is me now, at about 175 lbs. With hard work, knowledge and determination, I have been able to lose weight and keep it off. You can too! Just remember, struggling with weight loss is not a personality flaw!

"The fact that I am never hungry is what keeps me on the program. I have learned what being "not hungry, not full" feels like and it is so easy to stay there by eating good protein, fat and carbs every 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
