"The fact that I am never hungry is what keeps me on the program. I have learned what being "not hungry, not full" feels like and it is so easy to stay there by eating good protein, fat and carbs every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. In addition, seeing the weight disappear has been very motivating. And, if it weren't easy, I wouldn't do it."
